Genesis

Do you know what genesis means? I would just like to ask because it’s interesting how people more than often spills out a word but without really understanding what the word even means. Just like singing a song not even looking what its lyrics says.

I’m not talking about genesis as the English progressive rock band with the English drummer and singer Phil Collins, British keyboardist Tony Banks and also an English bassist and guitarist Mike Rutherford on it that most rock ‘n’ roll people know (yes, there is a difference between “English” and “British”. If you have no idea what it is, consult Google). I am not talking about the Bible’s Book of Genesis too.

What I’m referring to is genesis as a term, the very definition of it. Genesis simply means the beginning or the origin of something. It is the birth of something that will come in place. This is the reason why the Book of Genesis is named as “Genesis” because it contains the beginning of heaven and earth, how it is that we have different languages, the origin and reason why bearing a child is so difficult for a woman, and many more.

Now, of course I have a point why I asked about genesis. I merely want to introduce this first blog of mine which will contain my random thoughts about things and experiences and those that just occurred to me to which I will think as a good subject to share with the Web world. There will be funny posts, serious ones, dramatic, emotional, scary, endorsement, name it! I’ll also share posts I will eventually find very interesting and post them here. Who knows, you might be featured.
