Before I took an actual tripping to see the
new Property Company of Friends, Inc. I opted to see a virtual tour of the
development first on PRO-FRIENDS YouTube Channel so I would be aware of the
things that I am going to expect to see once I am there. It was great that real
estate development companies like Profriends are now taking full advantage of
the benefits that information technology can offer. It saves time on the home
buyers end because it gives them an initial idea of what they are going to see
and whether if it is something that is going to be worth their while.
The
videos are packed with useful information that is helpful for prospective home
buyers. I took a virtual and real tour of the Lancaster New City development. I
was glad that everything they promised on the website did not deviate much from
what was there in the actual subdivision.

a very important element in the modern family’s bonding. It provides a place
where families can activities like dining, shopping and amusement. The

maintaining family ties and a shopping mall that is closer to home can make
family bonding time a much easier activity to organize.

probably one of the most overlooked needs of the modern generation. Profriends
believe that to live a complete and full life, a human being must maintain a
constant communication and good relationship with the divine entity. The
Lancaster New City Development established the Church of The Holy Family inside
the development to make it more accessible to the residents of the area. The
church is situated in a very quiet and peaceful location that is very conducive
to spiritual activities like praise and worship.
Lancaster Multi-Purpose Hall – the
Lancaster Multi-Purpose Hall is both a Basketball court and a place where different
events can be held like wedding receptions, birthdays and other family and
community functions. The Basketball court features quality construction and
professional dimensions. It is an official sized basketball facility where
homeowners can play rain or shine. I like the idea of a covered basketball
court because it allows me to practice anytime I want to regardless of the
weather.
Public transportation terminal – cars may
provide the utmost convenience when it comes to transportation but sometimes I find
driving impractical especially when I am traveling alone. I appreciate the
convenient transportation terminal that they put up within the confines of the
subdivision. Commuting is going to be a lot easier for the residents and it
will also somehow contribute to a greener earth.
