What’s Up PLDT?


Wonder what’s up with PLDT lately? Our landline won’t work. No dial tone; thus, no internet. We’re paying here! I called up customer service and they said the case was forwarded to people who would work on it. It’s been two days and no one has called yet. I might drop by the nearby PLDT office tomorrow so I can personally check up on these guys. I’m scared that we might not get service until the end of the month. A friend told me that it happened to a friend of theirs. It’s unfair because they were billed for the month that they weren’t able to use the service.
