Lazada Philippines Gives Other Online Shopping Websites A Run for Their Money

The idea of online shopping is no longer an uncommon method having thousand of online sites continuously popping out from one ad to another. Lazada Philippines is just one of the thousands, if not millions of online selling websites that aims to provide Filipinos with the general and practical consumer goods normally bought in shopping malls. Lazada comes from a breed of e-commerce websites spread out worldwide from North America, Europe, Australia and of course, Asia. It currently ranks number one in the local e-commerce industry in the eyes of the very prestigious award-giving body called the Golden Globe Annual awards as it just named it the Best Online Shopping Mall for 2013.

It has a very credible background all thanks to its creator, Rocket Internet, an online venture builder based in Germany. Three siblings own the said German-based company by the family name of Samwer. They own multiple online ventures including Zalora that also has its own version here in the Philippines. Zalora, however, focuses on fashion alone while Zalora covers all the basic necessities most popular in the local consumer market.

Filipino online users are finding more reasons to turn to Internet shopping over traditional mall shopping because of the many free benefits it provides. Convenience and affordability are just two of the many key factors online shopping has always used as an edge over other form of product and service selling. And it certainly isn't slowing down from progressing and producing more innovative ideas to improve Filipino shopping that will make us prefer it even more. Along with the already very efficient and effective customer service, Lazada offers comes an even more impressive set of affordable selection of products from the site. They host a venue for local and international brands like Apple, Hugo Boss, Samsung etc. to name a few.

While the company is known for its outrageous selections, its customer service is definitely just as impressive. Customers are allowed to return their order/s at any given point in time within the day it was delivered to 14 days or 2 weeks. Reasons as simple as the item not being what the buyer imagined could be used as valid grounds for a return or exchange depending on your choice just as long as the item remains its initial state when delivered (brand new condition) with all add-ons included in the shipment back to either the warehouse or its main office I Makati near Greenbelt 1.

The idea of putting up an online shopping mall seems unruly at first considering the multiple number of brands and products lined up waiting to be sold but as far as content goes, this online shopping mall has boiled it down to only a little over 10 categories. And it seems like no one is protesting its list of selections given the number of traffic and orders it receives on a daily basis. And it obviously has made a lot of progress in the on year it has been providing service to millions of Filipinos everywhere.
