Profriends: The joy of complete living

Browsing around the official social networking page of Profriends and looking at photos and descriptions of The Lancaster New City, I couldn’t help but marvel at the stunning and complete amenities that the subdivision development offers to prospective home buyers. There are a few things important things that I want to share about this development and these information are a must know for people wanting to take a look at this beautiful piece of land on god’s green earth. Let’s examine closely how The Lancaster New City fares with other developments in terms of location, house models, amenities and master plan.

Location:

One of the traits of a habitable city is accessibility. The place should be accessible from main thoroughfares, business centers, shopping malls and of course from the capital. That is what Lancaster New City in Cavite can offer. This exciting new city is located in Barangay Alapan 2-A in Imus and Barangay F. Manalo in General Trias Cavite. Speaking of accessibility, public means of transportation is available from the place going to Lawton in Manila through buses. There are four access points going to Lancaster New City coming from Manila. They are:

Access point 1: Coming from Cubao, Starmall in Edsa or Makati,

Hop on a bus going to Coastal Mall in Baclaran, once you are in the new bus terminal, look for the bus that goes to Lancaster via the Cavite Expressway (Cavitex) watch out for Lancaster New City and get off there. The fare does not cost that much and comes in only at around P25 which goes to say that the subdivision is not as far as what you think it is when you first heard of it.

Access point 2: Coming from Lawton in Manila,

Get on a bus that shows the Lancaster New City signage on the front. Look for another signage that says it will pass through the Cavite Expressway. This goes straight to Lancaster New City and you just need to get off at the terminal. The fare cost amount here might be slightly higher than what a bus would charge if it is coming from the aforementioned access point. Bus fares might cost around P35 as of this writing.

Access point 3: Coming from Alabang Muntinlupa;

This is a different access point when it comes to the type of public vehicle that you are going to be riding because instead of riding the regular bus, you will be getting on a jeepney plus a mini-bus ride (a mini-bus is the middle ground between a jeepney and a full sized regular bus and looks very fun to ride on). Coming from Alabang, get on a jeepney ride going to Zapote in Las Pinas. Once in Zapote, you need to get on a mini-bus that is plying Tirona Highway route and get off at Lancaster New City. You just need to look for the Signage on the mini-bus.

Access point 4: coming from Tagaytay, Dasmarinas and Imus Cavite:

Ride a bus going to Manila, get off at Imus Terminal then take a jeepney ride going to Bucandala, once you are in Buncadala, take a shuttle ride going to Lancaster New City.

The other things like the amenities and house models are all premium quality at a price that is affordable for almost every family of a modest income background. Plus with the construction of an I.T park inside Lancaster, your future workplace might be just around the corner. Now that is complete living at your disposal.
