Living life to the fullest is a widely uttered
phrase that I do not give so much heed to but when I saw the Lancaster New City
photos on their social media networking page https://www.facebook.com/profriends.web
the phrase became much more plausible
for me. It is like it suddenly made a lot of sense. Living a complete life and
living life to the fullest are two things that a lot of normal people look
forward to or aim for. Part and parcel of that living life to the fullest
mantra is having a decent house located in a rustic, tranquil and relaxing
environment. Looking at the Lancaster New City Development, the photos and the
videos online, it seems like this is a very perfect complement for those people
like me who have been longing to pass through this way called life in as
pleasant fashion as possible.
I came out there for a quick look at the
house units and amenities so I could get a first person feel and gauge what it
is like to live in this very vibrant property development project. I have
listed down some of my thoughts about this great development. We’re going to
start off with location which is the primary consideration that home buyers take
care of first, actually for most people, the size of the house or the
furnishings are not that important. What’s more crucial is that the house

those attributes. Let’s take a look at it further…
Location - the Lancaster New City is very
accessible. The term accessible here however refers to how near the development
is to your place of work or to your original address. This new city is only 30
minutes away from the capital city Manila and is bound to be the most
accessible real estate development south of the capital. That accessibility
will further be brought to a higher level once the LRT Line 1 South Extension
Project from Baclaran to Cavite has been opened. This LRT extension program

amenities within the Lancaster New City development are designed to work in
synergy with each other to provide the homeowners an all-encompassing amenity
experience. Name it and Lancaster New City will probably have it. Picture this….
an I.T park, a complete shopping mall, a clubhouse with extra-large function
rooms and swimming pool, church and a school. Sounds like a pipe dream? No, it
is not. It is happening right here in Lancaster New City. You can get a job
that is just a stone’s throw away from your house well not literally but close
enough that you will not have to wake up too early to prepare for work and the
same thing applies to your kids since the school is just inside the city.
